Genghis Grill Review!
I took a trip over to Genghis Grill after hearing about how wonderful it was. I heard it was basically the “asian chipotle” so I had to find out for myself! When I arrived I found there were 3 ordering options, small medium and large. Basically three metal bowls of different sizes used to cram as much meat and veggies you possibly can into, as long as it fits, that’s the price you pay.

The meats ranged from chicken, beef, bacon, sriracha marinated variants, even seafood. You just simply grabbed a pair of tongs and start filling up that bowl with as much meat as you want, as long as it fits!

Next up, it was veggie time! they had PLENTY to chose from, including tofu, broccoli, carrots, onions, peppers, mushroom, the list goes on and on, again, fill it up as much as you’d like!

Last but not least we have the sauce station, all different kinds of soy sauces, garlic, sweet, marinades, specialty sauces, almost any flavor profile you could ever want, complete with tasting spoons to “try it before you buy it”

After the bowl has been stuffed to the brim, you simply hand it over to the fine gentlemen manning the grill, a MASSIVE circular stainless steel grill to be exact, kind of like a hibachi grill on steroids, with a motor. Separated by a metal looking variant of what you would expect to find on a grocery store conveyor belt, they make sure each person gets the correct food!

The finished product in all its glory! For only $8, the freshness, the creative options, and the sheer massive amount of food you get, you just can’t beat it. 9/10 would eat again.
